General Terms and Conditions

Thermotip.se sells products online to private individuals across most of the EU and North America. Businesses and municipalities can place orders via phone or email. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old. Our products are tailored for use in Sweden and come with Swedish manuals or user guides when required, either in physical or digital form. Standard warranties apply to products with warranty coverage, valid in Sweden for first-hand buyers. For more information, refer to the respective product’s user guide.

Ordering

Orders can be placed on our website, www.thermotip.se. For any questions about your order, feel free to email us at sales@thermotip.se. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions and consent to the registration of your name and personal information in our customer database. The purchase agreement becomes effective when we confirm your order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to adjust orders in case of delivery issues and to combine multiple orders into one shipment.

Prices and Product Images

All prices include VAT. Any shipping costs will be added depending on the shipping option you choose.
Product images on the website do not guarantee an exact representation of the product. We reserve the right to adjust prices, sell out items, correct technical errors, and make other changes without prior notice.

Personal Data

By registering or placing an order, you agree to our privacy policy, which is available on our website. We handle your personal data in compliance with GDPR and only share your information with our partners for payment and delivery purposes. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Shipping and Delivery

Payment

Payment is handled in collaboration with payment service providers. By completing your purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions as well as ours.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if their seals have been broken. Please contact sales@thermotip.se before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected, we charge a fee of 150 SEK to cover return handling and shipping costs. Packages are held by the delivery agent for 14 days before being returned to us.

Complaints

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at sales@thermotip.se. The right to file a complaint is valid for three years from the date of purchase, and you must be able to demonstrate that the defect was original.

In case of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN):
